Q1. Is there a deadline for applications?
We will close applications around May 2026, depending on the date of the convention. Feel free to check with us anytime!
Please contact us before working on your submission to avoid scheduling or formatting issues.
Q2.請問截稿日及參場日為何時呢?
因目前打算參與暑假的場次讓大家更能一同參與，如 場次及報名資訊確認後我們會盡速決議一個確切的截稿日通知大家。
截稿日安全的話可以先抓６月底，先交稿也可以！以利我們更迅速的抓到合本的頁數，感謝！
Q2.When is the submission deadline and convention date?
We are planning to join a convention around summer 2026. Currently, we are still waiting for the convention date to be released. Once it is announced, we will set up a deadline as soon as possible. A rough estimate would be June 2026, but early submissions are welcome!
Q3.請問交稿尺寸是多少?彩色插圖可以畫橫式的嗎？
我們會依照您所需要創作的項目提供交稿格式給您，會付在報名確認信件中。如果有其他格式問題歡迎詢問主辦。
插圖的部分如您繪製的是橫向插圖，於書本中的呈現會是轉向的插圖而非跨頁。
Q3.What is the size and format? Can I submit an illustration in landscape orientation?
We will email participants format details based on the option they selected for their submission. Feel free to ask us anytime if there are any questions!
We do accept illustrations in landscape orientation, but since the zine is in portrait orientation, they will be rotated sideways.
Q4.請問DC群組一定要加入嗎？加入裡面有什麼？
DC群讓大家方便聯絡詢問，也可以享受多人一起趕稿的快樂（？）

Q4.Are we required to join the Discord Group for this project?
No, joining our Discord group is purely optional! We will still make important announcements through email, such as the submission deadline.
Q5.請問參加合本後會獲得什麼?
我們會提供一本合本給您作為回饋，可選擇場 取或是寄送。
如有特典會一併附上，特典的部分目前研議中不一定會有，請當成額外的驚喜就好。
Q5.What will we receive in return for participating in this project?
Every participant will receive a physical copy of the fanzine. Both convention pick-up and postal shipping are available, free of charge.
If we end up developing bonus gifts paired with the fanzine, every participant will receive one too(whether we will make bonus gifts is still under discussion, please do not hold any expectations for them).
Q6.為什麼報名表單中需要繳交作品呢?
避免有人以低完成度的作品來換取免費合本所提出的機制。
僅使用來確認完成度不過於低落，並不會有什麼我畫的/寫的不好就不能參與合本的狀況。

Q6.Why do we need to submit a portfolio to apply for this project?
We included this as a means to prevent scammers. We will only be checking every participant’s work to see if they are a legit creator and whether their work is fully rendered. We will not be judging art/writing skills or styles for this project, all forms are welcome! Feel free to contact us if there are any questions.
